Pros

Give the opportunity for Spanish speaking people to have office jobs

Cons

Nepotism at its best, starting with Chief Officers being brothers and having wife and their mothers working at the West Palm Beach location. Credit is not given where it’s due to bias and lack of meetings. Leaders lack professionalism, they do not communicate, and make decisions like firing someone based on emotions and not performance.

Pros

Some talented coworkers who genuinely care about their work.

Cons

The company is very unstable, and that instability trickles down to every department. There’s no real structure or strategy, just reaction and confusion. The culture feels disconnected from American workplace values. Management treats employees as replaceable numbers and believes that hiring Latinos gives them the right to manage as if they were in Latin America. There’s no flexibility or respect for work-life balance, everyone works 9–5, takes lunch at the same time, and is expected to follow rigid routines that make no sense for a modern organization. To make things worse, after leaving the company, I still haven’t received my final payment. It’s extremely disappointing to have to chase them through multiple emails for money that was already earned. No professional organization should ever treat former employees this way.

Pros

The manager in Account Opening is very nice and the culture is ok

Cons

STAY AWAY AND I MEAN STAY FAR AWAY from working in customer service, if the manager does not like you, and if you do not speak spanish you will not do well here. Whenever she feels like promoting you they do and take it away when they want. They till you that you are apart of a family that back doors you. They till you that you can add any input or suggestions you have and as soon as you open your mouth they are looking to fire you. The type of job where you have to smile and work and stay out of the way. You have to be friendly with everyone to get to the top. Steer away from telling too much personal business they will use that against you. There are no regulatory to keep customers info private beside the account part of it, otherwise anyone can take a picture of you and no one would know. Barely to NO diversity probably like 3-4 people of any African descent and everyone else speaks spanish or is of spanish descent. There is no inclusivity. When i tell you they will make it seem like everything is good in the beginning until the show starts. Literally a HR employee quit. A HR employee (think about that), if that can happen you already know how the company is. If you choose to work here GOOD LUCK.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we understand that workplace experiences can vary, the feedback shared here reflects a highly subjective view that does not align with the broader reality of our culture or the standards we work hard to maintain at MyBambu. We would like to address and clarify several points: Language Requirements: Many of our customers are primarily Spanish- or Creole-speaking. For this reason, bilingual skills are essential in many customer service roles to ensure we can effectively serve and support our communities. This is a business need—not a reflection of bias or favoritism. Workplace Culture & Promotions: We take pride in fostering a culture where strong performance, professionalism, and team contribution are the basis for recognition and growth. Promotions are earned, and feedback is welcomed when it is respectful and constructive. No one should feel intimidated when sharing ideas, and we are continuously working to ensure every team member feels heard and valued. Diversity & Inclusion: We strongly value diversity and inclusion, and we are proud of the multicultural and multiethnic makeup of our team. While many team members are bilingual due to the nature of our customer base, we are committed to ensuring fair and inclusive hiring practices across all departments. Customer Privacy: Ensuring the privacy and security of customer information is a priority. We follow industry-standard procedures and compliance requirements to safeguard sensitive data. Any claims that suggest otherwise are simply inaccurate. Personal Conduct & Misinformation: We want to directly address the false claim regarding an HR employee living with another employee. This is categorically untrue. We expect and uphold professional boundaries within the workplace, and we ask the same from current and former employees. Ironically, suggesting that others should “keep personal lives private” while spreading misinformation contradicts that very principle. We believe professionalism also means leading by example—through integrity and truthfulness. We’re proud of the progress we’ve made and the work environment we’re continuously building. While we understand not every role or organization is the right fit for everyone, we remain committed to fairness, respect, and professionalism in everything we do. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
