Unethical, favortism, low pay, shady, extremely high turnover rate. Stores are short staffed. Get your foot in the door, get experience and then go work for corporate AT&T.

I’m just going to point out it’s pathetic to have people from HQ write 5 star reviews when you guys are sitting on your throne at the top acting all high and mighty while you overwork and underpay everyone else below you. This company knows nothing about keeping employees and their retention rate is ridiculously high for a reason. You will more than likely pass your interview because they NEED people. It’s oathic to write these 5 star reviews to counter all your 1 star reviews. Instead of spending your time reading reviews just to REPLY why don’t you read the reviews so you can IMPROVE. But what would you expect from a company that has their “management team” implement this in their company? By the way, if you still work here and you complain about the work conditions - you are just as naive as the very people you complain about so stop talking about it and BE about it.
