Pros

Free lunch every Friday, no micromanagement, paychecks every week, flexible hours, PTO starts accruing immediately, fantastic health benefits, really approachable HR staff, CEO walks around and introduces himself and asks how you're doing, free cereal all day every day, plenty of fridge space, pool table & ping pong, breaks when you need them, opportunity to really help people, swag bag when you first start, opportunities for pay bonuses, awesome atmosphere with a range of different personalities.

Cons

No crosstraining...not really a con in terms of the job, but it does make for some awkward situations from time to time.

Pros

Free lunch on Fridays. EXCELLENT management. CEO and the other higher-ups made an effort to get to know everyone and listen to us. Very flexible with hours. Typically they wanted you at work the same time every day, but they understood that things happen and were always understanding. People think this company is a scam, but they are very reasonable and honest. Pay was great with opportunities for commission.

Cons

Some of the customers honestly sucked. Got yelled at a lot and got called scum, moron, idiot, etc. You're basically helping elderly people and if their problem isn't fixed fast enough then in their eyes you don't know anything and they say that they are going to the FBI (LOL).

Pros

Great work environment, good pay, flexible hours, and management that is understanding. People looking for assistance come to us either on purpose or by accident, it is always made known to the customer that we are an independent party, and that our services are not for free. There is no lying to the people My Fast PC helps which I appreciate.

Cons

Sometimes work can be a little slow some days

Pros

Cereal bar, Pizza once a week. Get to work with good sales guys. Flexible hours

Cons

Sneaky in their job postings. Commission is hush hush, and unfair. Serious hierarchy. Good luck talking to anyone "high up"

Hello. Your statement concerning our pay structure is 100% false and misrepresents how we care for our employees. Additionally, we haven't had a cereal bar for quite some time. We also have a company lunch once a week but that is rarely pizza. We also did not have an instance where 6 sales associates left at once due to pay structure. Posting misinformation about companies is damaging and wrong. Please don't.

Pros

Solid earning potential for a part-time call center and improving culture.

Cons

The very essence of the day-to-day task of being on the phone for 4-6 hours can become menial.

Terrible in basically every way

Pros

Free cereal, interesting product, good work hours for a college job

Cons

Literally everything else. They pushed so so hard to get sales that it was horrifying. Tons of layoffs, one time my sales director asked if I wasn’t selling because of marital issues? Absurdly inappropriate
