Pros
Good working environment, well qualified management and soft spoken too, lot of scope to learn as an individual and perform better in life
Cons
No growth, they do not increase salaries, HR is not cooperative, they believe in paying less and extracting more....if you are above 25k you are very expensive for them, no holidays, no HR policies...Just work and go home after late hours
