Pros
You get a company car while you are a merchandiser and the work allows for some independence. Higher education is not required.
Cons
you are gopher as a merchandiser. A monkey could do the job really. Your main job is to help sales reps, learn, and do the work they don't want to do. Resets aren't fun and you spent most of your time doing that. The pay is very low. When a route opens up the Charlotte branch will get upset if you do not immediately apply even if the route is no where near your home. They do not care about employee satisfaction. The turnover is very evident.
