- Many experienced, exceptional software engineering specialists with lots of advice and insight to share and good cross team dynamics - Academically accomplished research team as a great complement to the product development team - Cohesive engineering team that maintains a high degree of productivity while keeping the workplace fun and engaging. - Opportunities to work in both NYC and Princeton allow you to choose an office atmosphere that best suits your tastes. - Lots of different engineering activities going on so there always potential to learn or try something new if you're willing to express interest and demonstrate potential.
Cons
- While it's nice to have the option of moving between offices or, or for some in limited circumstances, work remotely, communication can sometimes be challenging with employees in different locations.
