Great company to work, fully remote, hard working and transparant people who would like to win every day. Highly collaborative culture. The new Management is advocating for transparency and a learning environment, and that's where they live up to!

Cons

None that I can think of, but a minor thing could be: it is fully remote, so that's something you have be mindful of.
