We are not allowed under any condition to walk through the front door. We have to go though a different entrance that is a 7 minute walk from the West Pool.

Although you get paid better than most gyms in Portland, most gyms are not ran by millionaires. They have not increased rates of personal training in over a decade even though those who are paying for it can easily afford it. They will claim they are the most prestigious in all of the north west without prestigious pay. There is a lack of diversity and with that comes constant microaggressions if you are anything but white. You will have to complain about sexual harassment from a coworker multiple times before anything gets done, and even then he still won't get fired.
