Pros

Multiverse is a supportive environment, with inspiring colleagues. The case load is high, but management are aware and making changes. The company supported me through a major health concern recently and I couldn’t have asked for better managers and HR team throughout the process. Coach roles are remote, which allows for flexible working, particularly good for follow up appointments.

Cons

None! Multiverse has many benefits.

Pros

Of all the places I have worked, Multiverse genuinely cares about their people. From the development of team members to fair opportunity for promotion. Our CEO genuinely understands that to have a successful organisation, you need to invest in your people. If you work hard, it will be noticed. If you have areas to develop, it will be shared in a kind way with you directly. The greatest career move I have ever made was to join Multiverse. They are investing heavily in AI and AI training for every team member - this is and will be game changing for anyone’s career.

Cons

Genuinely very little - the business understands its areas for development and have planned for these.

Pros

The best is demanded of you at all times but if you are committed, you will undoubtedly become a better sales professional here. It's fast paced, change is constant, and is challenging, but it's certainly never dull. The people are world-class, and in MM especially, there is a real culture of collaboration and support that's been built over the last few years. You get exposed to enterprise level sales processes and a playbook that works (most of the time). Company is growing fast and there are defined progression routes. It's high pressure and high support - leadership are invested in you doing well so if you buy into the process then you will get the rewards.

Cons

This place isn't for everyone and at times you'll question where it's for you. The job is hard, so expect early mornings and late nights. No SDRs so you're generating your own leads. It's very cold call heavy and metric driven. Accounts can be a bit of a lottery. Complex deal cycle and lack of control at the delivery end. Comp is affected by things outside of your control which is frustrating.

Hi, It’s brilliant to hear that you’re finding the Mid Market team so collaborative. We’re really proud of the culture we’ve built in our Sales Team; we ask a lot of our people because we’re on a pretty massive mission to equip the workforce for the AI era, but it’s great to know the investment from leadership is hitting the mark for you. You’ve touched on some of the "hard truths" of life at a scale-up. Heavy lifting on lead generation is definitely part of the deal! It’s a tough shift if you’re used to a different model, but as you said, it’s how you become a world-class professional. I also hear your frustration regarding the complexities at the delivery end affecting commission. As we continue to grow and refine our AI-powered upskilling platform, we are hyper-focused on tightening those operational loops so you can focus on what you do best: closing deals and driving impact. It’s definitely not a role for everyone, but I’m so glad you’ve bought into the process and are seeing the rewards. Thanks for being such a key part of the mission! Paige - VP People Talent
