      Looks like everyone is having a great time that's been there years.

      Cons

      Bad communication. They will get rid of You without even discussing the reason. They also hire unlicensed and illegals to do the work. They pay them less and expect You to Work 5 times harder.

      - sometimes you get to work in the A/C - the technologies you get to work with are super cool - the Friday cookouts after a long week

      Cons

      - most of the time you're working in the elements - long hours, the scope of work can be extremely monotonous - if you struggle with heights, this will challenge you even more
