      As a Technical Manager, I got good exposure to handling large-scale projects, team coordination, client communication, and end-to-end delivery ownership. The company provides opportunities to work across multiple technologies and encourages taking responsibility.

      There is always room for improvement and better alignment between business expectations and technical capacity will improve product quality and team efficiency

      "I have been working here for the past three years, and it has been a great experience. The work culture is truly positive, with plenty of opportunities to explore different domains based on individual interests. I truly appreciate the HR team and all team members for maintaining such a supportive and collaborative environment. Many of my colleagues also share the same sentiment and enjoy working here."
