It was very challenging yet exiting journey with Mplussoft as you will get chance to work in various domains and projects. The management is supportive. But make sure you follow commitments and do your work on time as needed

They show candidates they hiring candidate as a full time employee. But in reality it is short time. They just fullfill their client requirement for projects and after completion they do not care about employees and fire them within 3weeks of time or they will force you to put resignation. Office Politics. No direct communication/feedback meetings between Managers and engineers for their team leads.
