      Good atmosphere. Great Management team, constantly trying to improve.

      Cons

      You have one hour break between 01 and 02:00 pm. No possibility to change it while most banks and offices are closed in the meantime. Salaries are often received the last day of the month,...or after (happened once)

We apologize for the inflexibility you experienced here and we are currently in a learning curve which have lead us to have implemented an engagement tool, where employees can leave feedback and how they experience the company in order to see what needs to be changed. We strive for more flexibility and happier employees which is why we take this tool very serious and we aim to make our employees satisfied with their working place.       Good environment for personal development and learning from experienced colleagues

      Pros

      Supervisors and the management team at Movinga give you a lot of freedom to develop, make your own decisions and are always open to feedback. The company is constantly trying to develop and improve. Not only is the company trying to optimise its key figures, but also its internal atmosphere and culture. Movinga has learned a lot from the difficult early years and is on the right path to a to becoming a sustainable company, even if not everything is perfect.

      Cons

      Since Movinga is still in a very fast growth phase, there is a lack of time to set up clear processes and to optimize them continuously. Movinga should not forget to establish processes and to push documentation, because it could increase the efficiency of the company in the future.

      Great atmosphere among development teams, quite honest all-hands, CEO and VP are nice and open people

      Cons

      Terrible process pipelines, sudden layoffs, CTO shouldn't have had a letter "T" in his title because he is as far from technology as me from ballet

      Pros

      Great spirit among colleagues and the company is very active in arranging a lot of fun social activities, like barbecue on the rooftop. Nice office, and big opportunities to make good money if you work hard.

      Cons

      Since this is a startup there's a lot of tasks, questioners and emails to be done everyday regarding the company itself that might be a bit overwhelming on stressful days.

      Pros

      Movinga used to be a good company with a very friendly atmosphere, lots of perks, new office and inclusive company culture till the moment the new CEOs came.

      Cons

      The management is full of lies and hypocrisy, they firing people on the daily basis and spread rumors about the ones, who left themselves. Zero trust, zero vision, and professionalism. The CEO is micromanaging people, while he has no knowledge himself. The management is oriented only on a short-term result and cost cutting.
