Pros
Overall Movinga is a great place to work and to grow as an employee. I have seen many people growing as professionals while the company also grows and gets more mature. Movinga is a diverse company with people from all over the world, and you'll make some good friends here. In terms of tech and processes, the company is always evolving, so you'll probably not get bored easily. Many people don't realise but Movinga is very well known in the startup scene of Berlin. Many times when you tell people that you worked or work for Movinga, you will get the: "wow you worked for Movinga" response, which is always a great conversation starter :) Movinga has gone through and recovered from a few difficult situations in a startup lifecycle. Many startups don't survive those, but Movinga did. Again, great place to be, and a place I would love to come back, if the time and opportunity is right.
Cons
Being a startup, of course the company had it's ups and downs in the past years, however as I said before this company is strong, and as it survived turbulence in the past, I really feel like it will not shake now.
