Pros
Very fews to be honest. Diversity in the workplace and you really learn what not to do if you want to create your own company one day. Huge risks are taken and you get to witness what not to do in order to try and make it happen. Unrealistic experiences which would never be practiced at another company.
Cons
exposure to bad practices from a young team of management. Fraudulent use of investors money hence how they lost 30 million in 2016.
