Pros
Moven used to be a great place to work. Pretty much the only thing still good about it are some of the people you will be working with - smart, inspiring, hardworking and fun.
Cons
Moven has become an awful place to work over the past few months. Leadership has no concern with the negative culture that's proliferating. They are micromanaging and focusing too much on extremely tight deadlines - working people to death. They clearly do not care about creating a positive company culture. Most executives are not even present in the office ever, but when they are they cast a shadow over everyone. Recent, unexplained layoffs have instilled fear in everyone and obvious stresses about money and pipeline have everyone concerned they won't have a job soon.
