      Pros

      Small town hospital. Staff care about each other.

      Cons

      Management does not care for their staff. There is frequent burn out. The CFO is horrible. You are treated like a number that is replaceable. They know this and they refuse to change anything to improve.

      Small hospital so you get to know everyone.

      Cons

      HR does not take complaints of sexual harassment seriously. In fact, they will turn it on you and drug test you so they can find a reason to shut you up.

      The benefits are worth what you pay for. Most of the people that you work with are reasonable.

      Cons

      Administration is a joke. They don’t care about patient care or safety. They only care about money.
