Competitive salary. Smart people work here, and there’s a lot you can learn from them.
Cons
- I don’t feel like I gained as much useful experience there as I had hoped, because I was assigned to a project focused mainly on maintaining old legacy jobs and applications, which became quite repetitive and tedious. Many of my colleagues felt similarly, especially because there was very no actual Java development involved. - Tedious mandatory company courses - Upper management could be more helpful
