Pros

Morgan has some excellent Materials and Technology.

Cons

The Company has poor compensation policies - their stock program is generally referred as "A promise of a promise, from someone you cannot trust" by employees. The complicated system is old and hard to understand by its users and is therefore ineffective. It is a British Company with an obvious Board Bias against the USA and that can be seen most clearly in its benefits package.

Starting pay, Production workers get along well.

Cons

Jobs move to Mexico, surplus employees are pretextually terminated and escorted off the grounds instead of being laid off and given severance package. Everything is centered around tours of the plant and not around production of products. Upgrades within job classification (GOO1 to GOO2 etc) are very rare, management constantly complains of poverty at evaluation time but spends money otherwise. Too many chiefs, not enough Indians. Managers treat employees like children.

You will never be bored, always busy, no consequences for incompetence so long as you show up and don't cross any standard company HR lines in sand, booming/growing niche industry, job security

Cons

Place is mismanaged at every level to extent it is a running joke, bonuses actually received is a legend of long ago, the concept of a circus is synonymous with the business model, extreme apathy infests all pay grades, no incentives or growth opportunities, well below average salaries, extremely low worker morale at all levels
