      Pros

      - jewish holidays - some very friendly co-workers - paid off vacation days

      Cons

      - Poor middle management; - The un-professional manager can't provide consistent and professional guidance; plays office politics tricks towards co-workers and passes the buck; - Micromanagement in order to secure own position; - Unprofessional attitude toward employees; - Not a place to grow or gain much experience.

      Pros

      Somewhat laid back environment. You can work independently and without being micromanaged . There really aren't any more pros at this company

      Cons

      If you're not in "the community" the company owners have absolutely no loyalty to you and you WILL be the scapegoat if something goes wrong . No advancement if you're not family or community. Use this company as a learning experience and move on to a company where you can have a future

      Pros

      Direct people you work with are like minded and very nice all jewish holidays off

      Cons

      Management micromanages everything. No opportunity for growth, slim raises, limited bonus opportunities that they give only half to you and then the other half 6 months later to prevent you from quitting extremely expensive insurance with limited salaries
