First of all, I am not sure the person who has given a negative feedback about the company has ever worked for Mordor intelligence. The reason being, there is no such position as Research Associate in the company. I am one of the oldest employees over here and I have never heard of such a position in the company. Secondly, the company started in Jan 2014 and I have been witness to the growth. Having completed more than a year, I can assure that I did received the bonus as promised apart from timely increments and incentives. The other thing which has been mentioned in the review below about lack of work-life balance is complete lie. There is proper work-life balance with Saturdays and Sundays off. Yes, there are instances, where one has to work on Saturdays and Sundays, but its a part of startup. But you also get a comp-off for the work done on weekends. Both primary and secondary research is done for reports and long list of the clients on the company's website are proof of this. At last, I would say, i have seen the growth, promotion and hikes which would have been difficult to achieve working for a different company. At last, I am not anonymous.
