Pros
The training was extensive and one on one. Morbiz is an ethical company that always has the customer's best interest at heart, I really like that about them. All of the team members work hard and well together, so there is a real team atmosphere which I also liked. Commissions are super generous, but I left because I did not enjoy the 100 plus calls per day required to really succeed. If someone doesn't mind making those calls, you can make some great money.
Cons
Need to make a lot of outbound cold calls to business owners that don't want to talk to you, and be very consistent with it.

Pros
Straight forward & honest company. They reward hard work, and have the products to promote job satisfaction. It is rewarding to offer something really worthwhile to clients, and not just make another sale. MorBiz is a great place to work!
