Management is all over the place, they keep shooting in the dark trying to hit something "big". It never happens. They pay more attention to what competitors do than to what they have and what can be achieved by their team. There's a constant change of goals and focus, depending on the founders' ideas and mood. Employees are never listened to. There's never a celebration of anyone's accomplishments unless it's something the CEO wanted to happen.

It's completely drowned out by the management team. Angry outbursts were a near-daily occurrence when I left. Founders were often shouting at each other or at other employees over even the smallest things. Company transparency is also severely lacking. No sharing of key metrics, no analytics, no praise for accomplishments. Hell, hardly even a recognition of someone's birthday. Expected us to eat at our desks, which were all contained in one tiny room, while continuing to work. There are countless better start up examples out there. Thankfully this one didn't spoil them all for me.
