The company is an ESOP (employee stock ownership program) in growth mode even through the recession that the rest of the country has been experiencing. My work is a unique challenge and in some respects pure research and development. I have some free reign in developing methods that integrate civil engineering principals and practices by developing custom software that translates engineering data from various sources into visual formats for designer inspection using ESRI ArcGIS products.
