The owners/management are the worst people I've ever worked for, especially Nichole. No real direction on creative, but plenty of criticism if you can't read minds or decipher conflicting instructions. Hard worker? Doesn't matter because you will still be accused of not doing enough. Working for a married couple is very awkward too, as they bring their home problems into the office and can be heard arguing or yelling at their kids. Also they are very religious and conservative, which wouldn't be a problem, but Nichole will throw out weird statements that are not appropriate for a work environment and are guaranteed to make you uncomfortable if you don't agree. I've never been in a job where I was so excited to start and after a month was totally burned out, dreading every single work day. "At the end of the day" there is no amount of money worth dealing with the abuse. Also don't expect any leeway if you get sick or need to adjust your workday during your first six months there because you will be told no, no matter how important or necessary it is. I cannot express this enough, do not work here because the owners will drain the life and soul out of you and replace it with work PTSD.
