      Local colleagues are quite nice

      Cons

      Be prepared for a heavy workload. All documentation and communication are in Chinese. Office politics are noticeable and a lot backstabbing the local employees. This toxic environment creates an unhealthy atmosphere and negatively affects teamwork and morale. Not recommend to work here ! Don’t waste your time

      Cons

      Management are all from China, Hong Kong. Many staff are on exchange from HK and China. Documentation are in Chinese. Local staff beware of backstabber. Will not recommend.

      Good Fintech in China

      Pros

      Pro: This is a Fintech company from China. They will provide the tech and you are the brokerage SME as they don't have any. You are expected to work from 9 to 6 instead of the 996 if you are not required to do OT. They have systems for everything but you have to fill in the process gaps in between systems if there is any (in fact, there are quite a lot of gaps)
