You can work in deep tech problems but nothing else

Cons

Constant lay offs. If they need help in hardware wiring, they will hire for one year and then let them go and ask junior engineers to pick it up. Engineering team is a joke. Very junior people with no real life experience. In person policy has a lot of exceptions. Coming in person is not a problem but don’t have exceptions. It needs to be uniform and apply to everyone Lower compensation - heard rumours of funding down round. Options may end up worthless. You can see the low quality of talent

Upper management does not respect anyone. They will use you and abuse you. You work a lot of hours They expect More than ten hours a day six days a week. No overtime pa They will tell you Unlimited vacation but you can never take it. Upper management is completely disconnected with everyone below them.

Don't know where to begin. The salaries for all position are way below average. Management is full of egos and is not interested in listening to the people they hire. HR and employee support are non-existent. Leadership is severely lacking. Managers like to blame their teams for their incompetence. Then they take credit for all their work. The product is defective.
