I am only filling this up because there is a minimum requirement of 20 words minimum for the pro's section.

Cons

I read all the Glassdoor reviews before going to my interview and wanted to make a fair judgement of myself. What a complete waste of time it was. After being there for about a week or so its obvious that this company is just a joke. Pure and simple. All the bad reviews were spot on and all the good ones are obviously fake. I noticed that after a few bad reviews, a few good ones pop right up to make the company seem credible. All you do all day is going door to door trying to sell stuff to people. You work only on commission as they make you sign on as self employed. If I could sue them for lies, loss of time and money, I'd do it 10x in a heart beat. Stay away and do not waste your time. Your efforts would be put to use looking for a better and LEGITIMATE job.

We operate a tried and tested three stage interview process, the second of which is an observation day, where applicants shadow one of our brand ambassadors for the full day, getting to see exactly how we speak to customers, market / sell our clients products and services, and the room for growth. We are committed to transparency and identifying the right people for the roles which is why we invest a great deal of time into our recruitment process. It's also disappointing that you never raised your concerns during your time working with us. Our CEO operates an open door policy to make communication easy. The allegation that the positive reviews are fake is both false and defamatory. As with every company, there are people who have both positive and negative experiences. It's unfortunate you never enjoyed your time with us, best of luck in the future.

Pros

There are no pros to this company. They advertise the job as one thing and then you find out it's something completely different.

Cons

This is basically a door-to-door fundraising job that pays 100% commission. They make you register as self-employed so they have no responsibility to pay you or uphold employee rights. It's really unprofessional in a run down office packed full of interviewees all the time. Stay clear of this company.

Full training provided. One on one coaching with the Managing Director. Career progression and weekly evaluation of your increased performance. Excellent work environment: multicultural, open and fun. Uncapped income.

Cons

No available parking space. This company is not for everyone, only ambitious and positive minded people progress far.
