      Pros

      Amazing team, strong vision, lots of growth opportunities. Work is remote (unless you prefer an office, there's some available), a lot of flexibility, cool onsite meetups. Overall really good benefits.

      Cons

      Nothing specific comes to mind right now. I guess it's a startup but it's less chaotic than others at the same stage.
