Pros
Smart, innovative team. Great starting point for my career - I learned a lot about the design and building industries and was provided with plentiful resources to generate quality content. Flexible time off, fun company outings, empathetic supervisors.
Cons
Office can be quiet, as the team is rather small. Direction of product is a bit up in the air at times.

Small startup team, very smart management team, responsive to employee's needs and development, your ideas will be heard
Cons
Too many tools for such a small company, need to focus on product a bit more, only has 6 paid holidays which is crazy. You don't have a paid day off from the beginning of the year until Memorial day in May - do not have Martin Luther King Day, or President's Day.
