Greedy owners that want to collect a check and not engage with employees. Under-qualified managers with Hot heads. Hourly employees are paid low and treated bad. Women and Minorities treated differently and paid less. Run by golden spoon fed brats, that show up to work 1-2 days a week and hide in there offices, a-lot of talk with no walk. They create impossible sales metrics that do not apply to all, only used as a tactic to fire those they choose. And will illegally fire people as they see fit. At the end of the day this company/owners knowingly breaks laws and will fire employees as they see fit.
