      great products and great team in the US

      Cons

      The company has fundamental issues with the quality of the upper management in Germany. I spent a couple weeks in the German HQ for training. A workplace where screaming and yelling is considered appropriate, and everybody’s fear regarding the “ALLMIGHTY” CFO is causing frustration. Colleagues told me the only reason why they don’t leave is the unfortunate employment situation in the region.

      Pros

      good salary and benefits. If you can handle the daily drama.

      Cons

      The local manager (German guy) does a great job in supporting the team and leading the direction for the office. But the German headquarters very often overrule him, and let me tell you, those guys are a bunch of boneheads that micromanage and have no idea how business is done in the United States. They create a hostile work environment and people are just totally unhappy and look for other jobs.

      - Marginal product which makes it different to the rest - Colleagues and good team spirit - Facilities for the employees - Accessibility - Good salary for the region

      Cons

      - No ISO standard and methodology in development - No clear business plan in Sales - Everyone is doing his best but unfortunately in vain - Poor high management coordination - Short term vision - Long term vision is kept secretly by top management
