      Be working there if you brainless and you don't have confidence of getting another Job

      Pros

      Hard to think........Oh Yes...You can learn how a Top management should not be. What an idea of COO of brining BA from "B grade B-school" and paying them high and asking them to do puny work and let them watch movies and FB, some even sleep in the desk and pay them high and pay pathetic to people those who work.

      Cons

      I guess everything. Management Pay Work Culture You have dumb Deputy managers who cant even speak English. They overcommit their clients and pressurise the front line reps, you are suppose to work on 6th day with pathetic lunch being provided no extra pay for that. Well Salary itself is a big con, they cheat you with adding bonus to the CTC, end of they day they give pathetic stories and pay 25% of it saying either your rating was less or company profit is less. You really need to nod your head on everything your manager says else no scope there, even if you do any way the increment what you get is good only to recharge your talk time.

It is part of our building a strong workforce that is able to drive change and adapt to the constantly evolving market needs. It is understandable that the change is difficult for some people but we believe that is an unavoidable path in our business.

      Don't stay at Mobius for a long period.

      Pros

      Friendly People Around, Good verbal Recognition and exposure to concerned industry: Mobius has good people around with a flexible work culture. The good work done here always gets a verbal recognition but off course you can't expect lot more than that. Being a small company employee gets a chance to have a good exposure of company business policies and industry

      Cons

      Compensation, Career Path Confusion, Improper Job Responsibilities, inefficient Managers., bad appraisal system: The company pays far lesser than the industry standards and I would rank it as worst. The growth is slow and limited. The job responsibilities are not clearly defined especially for the MBA grads working here. There are more structural issues with the company.

      Stay away from this stupid company.. Poor management skills from the managers. Nothing pro's about this worst company

      Poor administration and lack of proper management skills. Very cheap and worst behaviour from managers. Very bad environment no proper place in cafeteria and parking slots to park the vehicles. Heavy politics played by a stupid and worst character guy in this company is backbone of all problems
