      Interesting technology for CV and AV enthusiasts, not the best at managment

      Pros

      Dealing with interesting technologies, specifically Computer Vision, LiDAR and Radar Deep Learning and Model-Based algorithms.

      Cons

      Handling tasks pretty messily, a little bit of micro-management here and there, occasional re-orgs, general atmosphere of workers that aren't so satisfied with their mangers.
