Laid-back managers, but revenue concerns linger

Managers are pretty laid back

Cons

Company is super suspicious about revenue and gives bs revenue updates saying stuff such as “record breaking goal” “best year yet”, and then continuously revokes our bonus every year for being “close to a goal, but not fully there yet”. No real opportunities for growth within roles or company as a whole. Everyone is underpaid. Laid off half of our company, many of which were loyal long time employees, to prioritize outsourced employees to keep cost down.

• Remote work • Almost everyone at the lower levels are great • Flexible hours • Decent number of days off

Cons

• Long hours that aren't appreciated • Upper management doesn't communicate well • Upper management can be abusive • There's some politics that can be toxic • Benefits are bad—401K has no match, healthcare is super expensive
