      Paygrade above the avergae market level however difficult to have a work life balance

      Pros

      Paygrade above the avergae market level. Flexible hours. No hard rules for 9 hours shift. Informal work environment. Comparatively secure job , do not fire employees easily.

      Cons

      Since it's a product based company it's difficult to have a work life balance. When some prod issue comes up , you are supposed to drop off everything and commit to the issue .

      Employees are very talented. Team is very supportive. Learning is there.

      Cons

      There is politics in upper management. Only 40 parking spaces are there. Work life management is not good. Limited recourses which leads to high pressure.
