      1. First is that, an experience on live projects. 2. Helpful environment. 3. If really keen to learn something then good place to go.

      1. Cons can be seen in a different way, as it's not established fully so the package is not that interesting enough to motivate.

      Pros

      -Will Get Better and latest Technology Exposure.

      Cons

      -No such concept of project management. -Working culture is very very bad, long long working hours, many time employee have to work upto midnight in office. -Company does not give form 16 to their employees. For Filing IT return Company told me that Calculate from bank statement and file your IT return. Very Bad exp for me. -Finance Dept policy and HR policy very bad.
