Pros

Good for freshers as a learning experience, but that's about it. However, this doesn't mean it's the best option-you'll find plenty of other companies offering better learning opportunities and packages.

Cons

1- The company has terrible policies, like forcing employees to sign multi-year bonds and offering poor maternity and other leave policies. 2- As a service-based IT company, they strictly don't allow work from home. Even in urgent situations, you have to beg for it. 3- The team leads often flirt with female staff, and if you're a woman, your career growth depends on how well you impress them, regardless of your talent. Some women, who lack basic coding skills, receive promotions and good packages simply because they entertain their leads personally. These leads even stalk you on social media like creepy stalkers. If you report it to higher management, they'll pretend to help and assure you that it's confidential so you don't have to worry-but by the next day, everyone in the office will know because the management is also involved in similar extra marital affairs. It's a culture that starts from the top and trickles down. 4-When it comes to salary, it's extremely low. A software developer With 2-3 years of experience is paid what some companies offer as a starting package, around 4-6 LPA. Meanwhile, the company makes 3-4 times that profit off you. For clients, they inflate your resume, making a 1-year experience look like 4-5 years, and push you to crack multiple interviews. If you succeed, they earn a huge amount monthly from the client. But when it's time for your increment, they start crying about how the market is bad and claim they're operating at a loss. 5-The HR department is completely unprofessional and lacks basic manners in dealing with employees. They don't even know how to manage simple data like employee leave records, constantly arguing with employees where 99% of the time they are wrong. They always find petty reasons to cancel your leaves or refuse to grant paid leaves, even when you have plenty in your balance. 6- The notice period policy is inconsistent-some employees have a 2 days notice period, while others have 3 months, depending entirely on management's mood. However, it's applied very differently in practice. If they find that an employee isn't benefiting the client, they'll release them on the spot or within a week. But if the employee is profitable, they're forced to serve the full 3-month notice. When they fire someone, they don't provide any prior notice or offer any severance pay. The HR will call the employee outside, hand them the release letter, and ask them to leave immediately. They're not even allowed to retrieve their belongings from inside-security brings their bag to them outside. This entire process is carried out with the knowledge and approval of the upper management, including the CTO and CEO of the company.
