Best decision and company to migrate.
Pros
it was quite a life goal to migrate from my country, Costa Rica, for many reasons (safety and job market/quality mostly...) and I always loved the idea to Canada, I loved the idea of snow and cold (I have always hated the heat and latin america doesn't help with that!), the towns and many features and services that you can see on movies. When I was lucky enough to find a job to migrate and a company that would help me on the migration, while scared I decided to do the jump, and I have no regrets! the assistance in the entire process, not just to get the requirements for the VISA and be able to enter the country, the requirements and assistance on the documentation for the Work Permit, and then the process for the Permanent residency, was extraordinary!! I was always covered and help, all questions answered and people checking in my quality of life and integration with the community and country. I can't be more grateful to the help Mobsquad provided me, but as they continue with the process to this day.
Cons
Mobsquad provides a heaven and hearth to help with the migration, but the company that assist them on the process tend to do things way more complicated than needed some times, but that is because the migration process by itself is quite complex, so they do everything in their power so the IRCC doesn't reject the applications, but because of it, it takes longer than needed, multiple editions or versions of the documents and validations. Again, this is not Mobsquad by itself, but the company that assist with the process.
