Pros

Product discounts. Excellent healthcare benefits.

Cons

Nobody is qualified at their jobs at upper management. More focus on internal politics than actually getting the job done right and proper. Human Resources have no power or say in anything to protect and ensure employees are fairly treated and properly compensated. A place that lacks any career growth or clear succession structure.

Pros

They are a very stable company.

Cons

Have no clue how to market their products. Loves to hire idiots from outside who normally doesn't know what they are doing instead of promoting the great talents that are already there. HUGE favoritism here and very incestuous. They only promote family and close friends. If you are looking pad your resume for the next gig or just looking for a pay check, that is the perfect place for you. Ambitious and driven people need not apply, that place will frustrate the hell out of you.
