This team are so incredibly friendly, welcoming and funny! It makes every day fun.

Cons

Less annual leave than I'm used to, as it's based on American employment law. But it's worth it for the flexibility of working from home

- Immeasurable KPI's yet this is what you're solely reviewed on - Overtime pay is less than regular pay - Witnessed bullying from upper management in CS team - Upper management of the CS team tries to invade personal space and asks personal questions / divulges other employees personal information - Zero privacy with emails (since everything is shared amongst employees, all you have to do is search someones name in the CRM tool and you will find salaries, notes, etc) - No Human Resources department for any issues - Extremely clique
