I appreciate your concern about both diversity in leadership and culture. The leadership team evolution over the past several months has been more nuanced than a single decision. It has involved a wide mix of circumstances with a previously long-tenured leadership team, and also entirely new leadership roles created to meet where the company is going. Across this change, multiple demographic diversity dimensions on the leadership team have actually improved while others have not, and building a diverse and inclusive team across the entire organization remains a priority as we grow. Our leadership team now consists of a mix of brand new as well as very long tenured leaders.
