      Talent hidden behind managers

      - Good benefits - Fun social activities - Some coworkers are supportive and if you can find a group, you will have fun - Talented coworkers

      Cons

      - Oppressive and immature environment - High school minded managers - Management is not open to feedback on staff issues - Opportunity is limited by where manager sees your contributions - Small office - Frequent talking behind others back - Managers have negative outlooks to teams but only positive to management

      Troubled company with lack of vision

      Pros

      Nice people, young, trendy culture, nice office.

      Cons

      Company is ran by a young ceo who doesn't hire any product team members older than him. Most of the other employees in other departments are in their mid 20's. Place is like a high school. Young and fun but relatively inexperienced workforce. Was overworked when I was employed at Mixbook.

      Nice people, convenient location, free food

      Cons

      CEO thinks he is a visionary like Steve Jobs. Unfortunately, he has no strategic vision and is easily distracted by the latest and greatest shiny thing. There is no discipline around product planning or pricing.
