Horrible Work Experience in Commodity Division

No Business, No work. What all you have to do is just research on some random products which is not even feasible and viable.
Cons
Senseless Executive Director. People take every small things on their ego. No skill development, it is like doing some project work in your college with no guidance and hearing an earful after the submission. No one will praise you ever except the Male Senior Manager. Doing business without proper knowledge and without proper finance, not ready to take risk of a single penny. Salary ??? Forget about it never expect it before 15th of the next month. No matter at what position you are going to join, always ready to work as office boy, P.A. and travel agent for the company. I wanted to give zero or negative star but option was not available. Very strict employee policies, even after that employee turnover is more than call centers.
