      An excellent working environment! The team culture at Miss Amara is amazing. All of the managers are wonderfully supportive, kind, and encouraging.

      The majority of the team works remotely and in different time zones.

      Pros

      Miss Amara is a company that never stops and loves to grow. I find that I learn something new every day and I love it. The company culture is great, which is such a hard thing to achieve with a remote team! Also the management team lead with true passion and are very inspiring.

      Cons

      The only con that I can think of is that with such a big remote team across the globe, we may not be able to all meet each other in person. However we do get to spend time on Fridays learning to get to know the team through our virtual drinks!

      Best culture, work from home provides flexibility, leadership is approachable and fair.

      Cons

      Sometimes miss interacting w colleagues in person, but we have great virtual workshops and quarterly meetups so I still feel connected and a part of the team!
