Pros

People, hands down are the best I have met, we are very close to each other like a small brotherhood. Probably because we are all in the same situation.

Cons

To the people who reads Glassdoor reviews, please notice how suddenly we have great reviews from "Employees with 2-4 years here" After all this years they magically appear. You can easily tell the review is fake as there is no emotion in the way is written, they add words like "honest review" and use very heavy marketing language accompanied with 4 or 5 star ratings. To the people writing those fake reviews (Marketing team) we know is your job to make the company look good, but when you do things like this, the rest of us become the collateral damage, our company can't improve the way treats its employees when you are trying to mask its flaws. We really have lots of people leave at once. Its all because the low pay, at the end of the day, we have to decide to work in what we love, or work to pay the rent. Its not easy decision.

Pros

Typical perks of an agency - stocked fridge, etc.

Cons

Complete lack of awareness from senior leadership. They all claim the wonders of Mirum and how creative and amazing our company is, but when it comes to actually empowering creativity there is none. You are a workhorse. Your only purpose is to bill hours. Which by the way, are hiked up 200%. If I were a company I'd just hiring someone internally. Let's talk about our CEO, Dan Khabie. If you are a 23 year old assistant you have all of his attention. Otherwise, you're lucky if he even knows your name. He's a total space cadet - almost robotic-like walking around spouting off the same 4 or 5 lines about how great Mirum is. Nothing terribly useful ever comes from his mouth.
