Cons
Came onboard only to see the project manager and project lead replaced within two weeks. What I was told I would be doing was not what I was tasked with doing. Essentially, the Miracle Systems management lied as to what the job expectations were to be. I had to bring my own folders, pens, paper clips, and other office supplies to work from home. Miracle Systems (and the client) did not feel obligated to provide these essential working materials. Very unprofessional. In many years of working on federal government contracts, Miracle Systems ranks dead last in terms of employee morale; all my fellow co-workers were dissatisfied – if not outright angry – at the project managers. Nearly all were actively job searching to escape this company and the company’s work. We NEVER heard from the Miracle Systems HQ; you were sent out to the client site, and there was no communication from the ‘mother ship’ of Miracle Systems HQ; the company simply did NOT care. (Fir example, I did NOT receive an Exit Interview when I left the company. This is but one sign of a management view of not caring what an employee thinks of the company.)
