Pros
Most of the staff are great to work with - respectful, collaborative, engaging, qualified (usually over-qualified), committed, hard-working.
Cons
The pay is low - probably to be expected for a bar association. The benefits are OK. Management is inconsistent and unpredictable at times, so it can be hard to know what to expect. In spite of the association's stated goal of being inclusive and welcoming, that was not always consistently applied.
