      Decision I should do earlier in my career

      Pros

      Process mining provides the future for process improvement today. Minit has one of the greatest product for it. Being the part of this company equals to be a part of the future for sure. Amazing people with bright minds and various experience which creates a great mix for stunning solutions and customer experience.

      Cons

      It’s a startup and that means it’s not a good fit for everyone. Delivering results at every level and by every employee is essential... some individuals might feel some level of unfairness or ambiguity.

      Great startup with amazing culture

      Pros

      Minit is a great company that's worthy of your time and energy. The people are friendly, open minded and amazing to work with. The management is people oriented and its doing its best to enable every one in the company to do their best. There is very little stress in the company and employee well being and work life balance are well minded for.

      Cons

      Since the company is really small, it takes time to deliver new features in the product. In R&D, don't expect to get your ides to customer in a month.

      - great company culture - good effort from the management to share information - friendly working environment - a company for doers, not talkers - quick response and adaptability to any new challenge and issue - specializing in hiring only senior, smart and capable people - relaxed and informal relationships between colleagues - flexible working hours and remote work - working for Minit feels like being a part of a family

      Cons

      - company procedures are being developed on-the-go, which is normal for a growing start-up, but might not be suitable for everyone
