No support for educators and directors even when you need to reach out to Area Managers. Unfriendly faces from Head Office or managers, feels like you are being watched. No friendly greetings and not approachable. Many issues with management ignoring family requests or complaints, most complaints linked to families accounts being overcharged and no refunds to their accounts. Lack of training for educators especially if you have little experience in the industry. Poor induction for educators, learn as you go.

A company where children are treated like cash cows there is no regard for their safety, well-being or education. Please avoid this toxicity.
